Vigorous Yoga Level 1-3, 90 min
Vigorous Yoga classes are the most athletic classes I teach. However, the primary focus is still on mindfulness and the breath. The vigorous nature of the class provides plenty of opportunities to learn to prioritize mindfulness and breath over the achievement of a physical goal. If you want to challenge your ability to stay mindful and present even when tempted away from mindfulness, and you are reasonably fit, these classes are for you.
