Gift Memberships

Purchase either an auto-renewing or a fixed duration membership on the online classes page, following the instructions below:

1. Log out of your own account before purchasing a gift subscription. To log out, go to My Account and click on Logout.
2. Then go to Online Classes and purchase your chosen plan. In the payment pop-up window, enter your own name and email address. That way all payment-related emails will be sent to you.
3. After making payment, you are taken to a registration form. Enter the gift recipient’s name and email address here, not your own. The gift recipient will receive a registration email where they can choose their own Username and Password.
4. For auto-renewing memberships, if you ever need to update your payment details, you will have to request the Username and Password from the gift recipient to update your credit card information. Go to My Account, sign out as yourself, then sign in as the gift membership recipient. Scroll down to the grey box under “Update My Membership Plan”. Change the credit card information by clicking on “Update Payment Info” inside the grey box next to the membership level you need to update. If you are on a small screen, you may have to scroll sideways inside the grey box to reveal the “Update Payment Info” text.
