Gernot explained things clearly and shared new ways to move into poses to keep the neck healthy. It was a great combination of anatomy explanation, visual cues, verbal cues, and being on the mat to experience the material. It was a fun and relaxed atmosphere. There were a number of "Ah ha!" moments and I left feeling happy and eager to start practicing and teaching what Gernot had shared.
