And by "more", I mean all those subtle little biomechanical adjustments that make a massive difference.

Gernot has an incredible knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and it's so well integrated into his yoga knowledge. Step by step, we went through all of my "troubling" asanas and transitions that produce pain and tension, and even those sneaky ones that feel fine but aren't doing my body any favours.
