I wanted to learn ways to help relieve tension not only for myself, but for my students. There are 2 herniated discs in my neck and I am always looking for ways to ease neck tension. This was a fantastic workshop!

Gernot explained things clearly and shared new ways to move into poses to keep the neck healthy. It was a great combination of anatomy explanation, visual cues, verbal cues, and being on the mat to experience the material. It was a fun and relaxed atmosphere. There were a number of "Ah ha!" moments and I left feeling happy and eager to start practicing and teaching what Gernot had shared. I have had a number of students who have been so grateful with the new information!
