Gernot is not the teacher to go to if you want better photos for your yoga Instagram feed or to achieve some impossible pose. He leads yoga that won’t injure you, that will help you improve alignment and posture, and will generally improve your wellbeing. His teaching is based an an incredible knowledge of physiology which he communicates really engagingly. He has spoilt me for other yoga teachers, who so often ask you to strive for poses that are not good for you.
